2 & Chicken breast out into strips
I thsp finely chopped fresh garlic
I sweetred pepper chopped
Large carrot finely sliced
125gt suom peas halved
2 thsp sesame oil
Head of broccoli florets
2 tbsp Lirah Carmelised Lemongrass balsamic
2 tbsp Casa de l'Oli Ginger olive oil
Roasted unsalted cashews- We like lots!
Steamed balsamic rice to serve
Heat 1 tbsp of sesame oil in a large wok, and add chopped garlic.
Fry until fragrant.
Add chicken strips and fry until cooked.
Add vegetables and cook through.
Stir through remaining sesame oil, LiraH caramelised Lemongrass balsamic and Casa del l'Oli Ginger Oil.
Toss through roasted cashews.
Serve on bed of steamed balsamic rice
