This Balsamic Vinegar Crema is produced using traditional methods and only has a 3% acidity level. After the Pedro Ximénez grape ‘must’ is reduced and partly caramelised, it undergoes a slow 25-year ageing process.
This Spanish balsamic is truly exquisite. A rich full flavoured balsamic with aromas of sweet sherry and delicate grape undertones. Delicious to dress salads, meats and noodles, as well as to decorate desserts such as vanilla ice cream and strawberries.
