We use only the freshest Valencian limes which are then cold pressed with the finest Arbequina olives, giving this oil a zesty, sharp and refreshing flavour. The cutting edge of the limes will accompany shellfish, prawns, and oily fish as mackerel, perfectly. For salads, it is exquisite when made up as a dressing with our Spanish white balsamic vinegar.
