9 Year old Caramelised Lemongrass Balsamic


A true fusion food! Chardonnay barrel aged vinegar infused with natural lemongrass essential oil. The end result is a lusciously, rich, sticky and sweet balsamic, perfect for your Asian inspired stir-fries and salads, sticky marinated pork ribs and chicken dishes.  At 3 % acidity, look no further for your sweet/savoury balsamic.


Created by a European trained artisan vinegar maker in Queensland Australia! Our caramelised balsamics are truly not like anything else you have ever tasted. Barrel aged from a base grape of Shiraz. The Shiraz grape known for producing medium-full bodied wines with flavours of blackberry, liquorice, mint and black pepper. These flavours are transported through the aging process and can be found in the background of the balsamics.
Our balsamics are a kitchen cupboard must and make mouth-watering flavour combination when paired with our olives oils.
