4 Year old Caramelised Classic Balsamic
The original barrel aged antipodean version of a classic European balsamic vinegar. Made from Shiraz grapes and gently heated to create an opulent, glossy and delicious balsamic vinegar, ideally suited to rich parmesan cheese, fresh summer tomatoes and winter soups and stews. This balsamic vinegar has a sweet 3% acidity.
Created by a European trained artisan vinegar maker in Queensland Australia! Our caramelised balsamics are truly not like anything else you have ever tasted. Barrel aged from a base grape of Shiraz. The Shiraz grape known for producing medium-full bodied wines with flavours of blackberry, liquorice, mint and black pepper. These flavours are transported through the aging process and can be found in the background of the balsamics.
Our balsamics are a kitchen cupboard must and make mouth-watering flavour combination when paired with our olives oils.
